One to One Coaching

Online spiritual coaching and emotional process work

Are you feeling stuck in life?

Does it feel like your walk with God is a little stagnant at the moment?

Are you experiencing conflict in your relationships?

Does it feel like you’ve been in a struggle of one step forward, two steps back?

Many people want to live a rich full life, but feel stuck because circumstances, broken communication or invisible forces are at work. Sometimes we simply feel the life we hoped for is out of reach.

But it needn’t stay this way.

Here’s what we do:

We offer personalized intentional care from a biblical wisdom perspective.

By meeting together on a video coaching call each week, we’ll accompany you on your journey to breakthrough.

Whether you need biblical wisdom, godly revelation or just a listening ear, we’d be glad to help you take steps into a life filled with peace, clarity and confidence.

Meet your coaches.

With a combined 40 years of experience in pastoral ministry, we've spent decades helping people get unstuck in life. Our own lives have been marked by pain, sorrow, trauma and addiction, so we know what it feels like to struggle and feel stuck. But we've experienced first hand what it feels like to find beauty in process. We have a rich history of breakthrough with God and we've dedicated our lives to helping people live the life that Jesus promised.

Here’s how we do it:

  • 1. We'll meet together weekly.

We’ll meet together online once a week to identify your needs and desires. There's no long-term commitment and we'll move at the pace you'd like to in our sessions together. We'll work together to find a time that works for both of our schedules and that will be your time every week.

  • 2. We'll identify what's getting in the way.

We’ll help you identify things that are getting in the way of what you want. A listening ear and a curious heart can be incredibly helpful in seasons of growth and transition. We deliberately limit the number of clients we take on to ensure you receive excellent personalized care.

  • 3. We'll support you along the way.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if anything is changing We’ll support your transformation and keep track of progress along the way until you reach your goals. We are here to support your transformation.

The beauty of process.

We love watching God bring breakthrough into people’s lives. It’s something we’ve done for years in different contexts. Most recently we’ve been meeting with individuals to offer one to one coaching and emotional process work.

Watch the video above to hear our heart behind the beauty of this process and find out if you could benefit from this approach too.

So what is this?

Relationships can be hard and people are complex. But we're all looking to live a rich, full life.

We believe that Jesus came to give us that. The problem is, sometimes it's difficult to marry spiritual truths with real life. This leave us feeling flawed or less than.

We believe that God is good. We've seen him come through for us a thousand times and we've helped others encounter God's goodness in their lives too.

We've learned there is beauty in the process not just the breakthrough. We've dedicated our lives to helping people live the life Jesus promised.

If dedicated, intentional and personalized coaching sounds like something you could benefit from in this season of life, apply now.

Stop feeling stuck and move into the life Jesus secured for you.

 FAQs

  • No. Neither of us are licensed therapists or counselors. We are big fans of seeing licensed professionals for help and we’ve benefited from therapists and counselors in our own lives. But every approach has its limitations - even clinical work.

Our approach is to offer spiritual perspectives based on biblical wisdom and revelation. Think of us as coaches who are in your corner, want your best and are curious about what might be getting in your way. A blend of pastoral experience, prophetic insight and spiritual discernment accompanies our training in feelings and process work.

  • We’ll meet online using Zoom. This allows us to meet with you no matter where you are in the world. We’ll work together to find a time that works well for our timezones and we’ll reserve that time for you alone.

  • AJ works with women. Alyn works with men. We don’t offer couples work (though we are happy to work with married couples individually).

  • Each session is $195 for a one hour coaching call. We have learned that growth happens best when consistent coaching is provided. We only take clients who are interested in weekly appointments and once enrolled you will be billed automatically each week. There are no contracts and you can cease meeting at any point. We have deliberately limited the number of people we work with in a week to prioritize the quality of care we can offer.

  • Three main reasons:

    1. To ensure quality of care. We choose our clients prayerfully by seeking the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Then we want to prioritize their care. We want to stay within our scope of practice, so we can’t say yes to everyone.

    2. To ensure quality of life. Ask any people worker and they’ll tell you that one of the dangers of this type of work is burn out. We have four children (two of whom are teens and one a newborn!) so we want to ensure we have a healthy work/life balance!

    3. To prioritize those without access to help like this. We are spoiled in the Nashville/Franklin area. There are excellent caregivers in the mental health space and in the spiritual care world. But not everyone has access to resources like this. Therefore we are prioritizing those who do not live in this area.

  • The ideal client is someone who is hungry and teachable.

Alyn loves to work with leaders (whether in ministry or business) as they are often in the greatest of need but either don’t know it, or are unsure where to find help. As leaders move toward full-hearted living, so will the culture in which they lead. Leaders are great people to invest in.

AJ loves to work with women who want breakthrough, but for whatever reason can’t seem to make it stick. Her areas of focus are around identity, performance orientation, childhood wounding and helping women recover their voice.
